We congratulate ALCA on its 35th anniversary and its achievement of the Indonesian Government's Highest Export Award in 2020. We express our deep admiration and highest respect to all ALCA colleagues for their hard work and outstanding contributions to the company's growth and success. We believe that ALCA Metals will continue to innovate, set sail, and achieve steady, sustainable, and healthy development in the future!  

ALCA Metals is a comprehensive aluminum manufacturer that has experienced an exciting period of growth. Since its entry into the aluminum market in 1985, the company has served as an aluminum extrusion stockist, aluminum contractor/manufacturer, and Indonesia's first producer of ALFO doors (aluminum folding doors). With the rapid expansion of its global aluminum extrusion marketing network, ALCA established Indonesia's first integrated aluminum extrusion and powder coating plant in 1991. Located in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, 80 km from PT INALUM (Indonesia's only aluminum ingot smelter), ALCA operates on a 250,000-square-meter site with over 1,200 employees and an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of aluminum. Since 1990, ALCA Metals' products have been evenly distributed across the Indonesian market, covering Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi. ALCA Metals' products are also exported to four continents (Australia, Europe, the Americas, and Africa), reaching over 20 major cities worldwide.  

Our partnership with ALCA Metals began in May 2015 when Mr. Paidy Lukman planned to produce aluminum guardrails and other products for export to European and American markets. During his visit to China to inspect production equipment, after multiple evaluations and comparisons with several competitors, he chose one fully automatic CNC punching machine and one semi-automatic punching machine from Mingzhou Machinery. We delivered the equipment on time and with guaranteed quality. Our General Manager personally visited ALCA's factory in Indonesia to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment. Since then, we have maintained excellent communication and service, and ALCA's order volume has steadily increased. By 2019, the existing equipment could no longer meet production demands, so ALCA added a fully automatic aluminum guardrail punching and cutting machine. This new machine combined the previously separate processes of cutting and punching into one, significantly improving production efficiency, reducing material handling, and alleviating the labor intensity for workers. The high quality and efficiency of the equipment led to a surge in orders for ALCA, much to the delight of Mr. Paidy Lukman. In August and November 2020, ALCA placed two additional orders for a total of four fully automatic CNC aluminum guardrail punching and cutting machines. We sincerely thank ALCA for their trust and support in Mingzhou Machinery.
