Ling Jie and Li Zhizhou, technical engineers from Mingzhou Intelligent Company, stood out among numerous candidates with their exceptional skills, innovative thinking, and outstanding contributions, both receiving this prestigious honor!  This recognition is not only an affirmation of individual capabilities but also a high endorsement of the professional strength of the Mingzhou Intelligent technical team.

Ling Jie: A "technical pioneer" who overcomes difficulties
As a core member of the Mingzhou Intelligent Stainless Steel Material R&D project, Ling Jie has been deeply involved in the industry for over a decade, leading and participating in numerous high-difficulty process innovations.  The "Front Chuck Feeding Cutting of Stainless Steel Tubes" technology he and President Liu designed was successfully applied in the high-end stainless steel products industry, increasing the tube cutting efficiency for the company's stainless steel clients by 30%, saving them a significant amount of time.  Colleagues praise him: "Ling's dedication to details has given every product its 'vitality.' "

Li Zhizhou: "Innovation expert" of intelligent manufacturing

Li Zhizhou excels at integrating traditional craftsmanship with intelligent technology. He and President Liu took the lead in proposing the "Smart System for Cutting Stainless Steel Tubes Without Drawing," which is simple and easy to understand. By inputting basic parameters of the stainless steel tube (such as diameter, length, and hole shape), the system optimizes these parameters through AI algorithms, allowing for one-click cutting.  Compared to traditional designers who first draw the design and then input it into the system using drawing software for cutting, this method improves efficiency by 20%, saves labor and costs, and can be operated by ordinary workers.  Additionally, he actively participates in the development of Tube Laser Cutting Machine new product of national patent technologies, serving as a key force in the company's technological transformation.  "Solving pain points through innovation is the mission of a technologist."  This is a phrase he often repeats.
