Daily Maintenance Items for CNC Hydraulic Punching Machine (1)
Regularly check whether the safety measures of the equipment are effective. The "emergency stop" buttons of the CNC hydraulic punching machine are mechanically locked and must be rotated to reset. To start the machine, all emergency stop buttons must be reset.
Check daily for any leaks in the hydraulic and pneumatic lines, ensure the pressure is normal, and verify that the water cooling system is functioning well. Inspect the outer layer of high-pressure hoses for integrity and check for any signs of detachment near the joints. Replace them promptly if necessary to avoid cracking.
The oil used in the CNC hydraulic punching machine must be strictly filtered before being added to the oil tank. The oil level in the tank should not be lower than the mark on the oil gauge.
The oil temperature must never exceed 50℃, otherwise, the system will be damaged. For equipment that is not used for an extended period, the piston rod of the oil cylinder must be retracted into the cylinder to prevent rust.
Listen weekly to the operating sounds of the motor, pipelines, solenoid valves, and oil tank to ensure they are normal.
Inspect the water separator filter, lubricator, pressure regulator, and pressure gauge weekly. Calibrate and check the pressure gauge every six months.
