Daily Maintenance Items for CNC Hydraulic Punching Machine (2)
Before starting the hydraulic punching machine each shift, inject oil into the die holder, punch rod, and guide block once.
When the moving parts of the machine are in motion, they may extend beyond the base and footings. Therefore, no one is allowed to enter these hazardous areas while the machine is in operation.
During machine operation, the ambient temperature should be between 10°C and 40°C, with relative humidity below 75%. All cables should be protected from rodent damage.
When lifting materials and workpieces, it is strictly prohibited to collide with the equipment or pass over it.
The movement of workpieces relies on guide rails and lead screws to ensure positioning accuracy. Keep them clean and ensure no foreign objects fall on them to avoid obstruction.
Clean the oil holes of the die holder, slider, and moving parts before each start-up. Lubricate the guide rails and lead screws of the punching machine once per shift, and use an air gun to clean iron chips or oil stains from the sliding surfaces each shift.
Operators should not leave their posts while operating the hydraulic punching machine. If it is necessary to leave, the machine should be stopped and the power supply cut off.
During machine operation or adjustment, it is strictly prohibited to insert fingers into the clamp jaws.
Operators are not allowed to adjust the system pressure without authorization. If adjustment is necessary, notify maintenance personnel, who will be responsible for making the adjustments.
