Our CNC 5-axis laser tube cutting machine is engineered for high-precision tube processing, supporting full-scenario cutting of round, square, rectangular, and special-shaped tubes. Equipped with imported fiber lasers (1000W-6000W optional) and leading light sources (e.g., Caplin, Raycus), it enables ±45° bevel cutting, completing cutting, hole drilling, intersecting line processing, and beveling in one single pass without secondary grinding. With a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm, it meets the complex tube processing needs of automotive, engineering machinery, fitness equipment, and other industries, significantly reducing labor costs and boosting production efficiency.

Key Features

High-precision 5-axis linkage control system with fast response and high positioning accuracy. Performs bevel forming at any angle (adjustable within 0-60°) with bevel angle error ≤ ±0.1°. Cut surface is highly flat, free of burrs, edge collapse and dross adhesion, eliminating need for subsequent grinding.
Machine frame welded with high-strength steel and subjected to aging treatment for stress relief, ensuring high stability, excellent shock resistance, and minimal deformation during long-term operation.
Human-machine interactive operation interface with built-in bevel processing parameter templates for quick recall and flexible adjustment. Supports 3D drawing import from software such as SW and UG, plus automatic nesting and breakpoint resume cutting functions.
