The Q12Y Metal Tube Laser Cutting Machine from Mingzhou Laser is designed for efficient processing of small and medium size metal tubes and profiles. It supports applications such as display racks, retail fixtures, supermarket shelving, furniture and general metal fabrication.

Equipped with a semi automatic loading rack, the Q12Y simplifies tube feeding and material handling for batch production. The moving front chuck design also helps reduce remnant material. Compared with the Q12 model, the remnant length is reduced from 85 mm to 45 mm, helping improve material utilization during continuous tube cutting.

The Q12Y supports round tubes, square tubes and other commonly used metal profiles, providing a practical tube laser cutting solution for manufacturers handling repeated small tube production.
